Privacy Policy

At BaziTools.com (“we”, “our”, or “the Observatory”), we respect the deeply personal nature of birth dates, birth times, and relationship synastry queries. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use our calculators and encyclopedias.

1. Local Ephemeris Calculation

All Four Pillars (BaZi), Zi Wei Dou Shu, Feng Shui Kua, I Ching, and Tong Shu Almanac calculations run directly in your browser using deterministic astronomical libraries. Your birth date, hour, and city longitude are not stored in any public database.

2. Voluntary Email Subscriptions (Lead Magnets)

If you voluntarily submit your email address to request a printable PDF guide or personalized chart sheet, we use your email solely to deliver the requested archival materials and occasional solar-term updates. You may unsubscribe with one click at any time.

3. Analytics & Anonymous Telemetry

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate page views and tool interaction counts (such as which encyclopedia hubs are most helpful). No personally identifiable birth records are transmitted in analytics events.

4. Contact & Data Deletion Requests

For any privacy inquiries or to request deletion of a subscribed email address, please contact our archival desk at archivist@bazitools.com.
